The goal is to create a platform that provides associates with timely and centralized access to data analytics and business insights, facilitating data-driven decision making. To achieve this, a stable architecture is required that can accommodate future needs and consolidate reports from various applications and sources.The project involves three main phases: discovery, assessment, and planning. The first step is to understand and evaluate the current state of applications, technology, and data landscape. Data sources need to be discovered and profiled, and existing data models must be analyzed along with the load strategy. Data security, governance, and access requirements must also be taken into consideration. After conducting an assessment and evaluation of different options, a plan will be developed that is aligned with stakeholders, and a detailed project plan will be created, including efforts for subsequent steps.If needed, a Request for Proposal (RFP) process will be initiated based on the outcomes of the discovery, assessment, and planning phase. The overall data architecture, data modeling, standards, and processes will be designed, as well as strategies and plans for BI/analytics applications. Business requirements will be analyzed and translated into architectural designs and technology solutions, while supporting requirements assessment, solution, and process planning. Must have:<ul><li>Experience in working in global organizations with stakeholders in different time zones and culture</li><li>You are strong in conceptual, logical, object, relational data modelling and experience in defining data architecture frameworks.</li><li>Have expertise in data visualization software (QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, etc.) for effective data presentation.</li><li>Experience working with Cloud Computing</li><li>You have strong project management skills and experience in managing onshore/offshore team and attention to detail, a drive for accuracy and a strong work ethic.</li><li>You are a team player, result-oriented and structured that proactively and independently deliver according to strategy and goals.</li><li>Since English is our corporate language, we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Nice to have:<ul><li>Experience in planning and driving an RFP process</li><li>Experience in working with modelling of data from Microsoft AX or SAP S/4 Hana</li></ul>&nbsp;Education:<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">You have a bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering related disciplines.
