<h4>JOB DESCRIPTION</h4>Build new user experiences on emerging hardware/software for home appliancesAs software is playing an increasingly significant role in enabling digital consumer experiences, we are gearing up to become more agile, faster in responding to user and market demands and quicker in identifying new market opportunities. This involves elevating our appliances to digital, software-defined products in a seamless integration of modular electronics, software, and connectivity platform. The foundational layers to enable this future is connectivity, processing power, memory, operating systems and common enablers.&nbsp;You will work alongside highly skilled engineers and designers in a cross-functional product team, and with other Product, Engineering &amp; Design Managers from other domains, to create and continuously evolve our next generation modular platform which will enable advanced experiences in next-generation appliances. In this case washing machines, tumble dryers, and dishwashersRequirements:&nbsp;Experience<ul><li>At least 10 years of experience working as a Product Manager for user facing software and/or hardware products</li><li>Proven track record of delivering user facing products with significant market impact</li><li>Experience in working in the early stages/discovery phase of a product</li><li>Experienced in user centered design thinking, and in building and shipping UX/UI on software&nbsp;products</li><li>Experience in Director/VP-level stakeholder management across large organisations</li></ul> Skills<ul><li>Understanding of both agile software delivery and project based hardware delivery</li><li>Can navigate high ambiguity and loosely defined product boundaries</li><li>Can resolve ambiguity, noice and conflicting interests to quickly come up with strategy, hypotheses, and experiments to continously move forward.</li><li>Data driven.
